Thumpermonkey in new bass player shocker...
Thumpermonkey are pleased to announce the recruitment of Sam Warren on bass; he'll be first joining the band at the Harlow show on December 17th, (The Square).
For the uninitiated, Sam also plays bass in Pigshackle, Lets Meet Jesus and Tunguska Butterfly. He also likes morris dancing and colouring in.

ROASTFEST and Album / Label news
Thumpermonkey will be joining Knifeworld and Mark Cawthra's Redbus Noface on Kavus Torabi's Believer's Roast label, with a projected album release date of February 2012.

New consolidated twitter, TM website, facebook, music page.
It looks like myspace really is dead, isn't it? The more I have to contend with it's egregious design, the more I feel like punching myself in the mandible. This leaves precious little energy for writing songs in 9/8.
However, this Rootmusic thing seems to do the job - pulling in this website's feed and our twitter and facebook stream - as well as a handy music player and gig update bar to boot.
